Purposeful Daydreaming

This is a meditation technique from The Conquer Kit and it is a very helpful practice for getting in alignment with your soul purpose and manifesting your best life. 

This is really helpful, because you don’t necessarily have to be “good” at meditating, just think of this as daydreaming exercise. 

Sit comfortably, take some deep breaths, and relax. 

Now imagine your life 12 months from now…

  • Envision where you will be.
  • Feel the emotions that you want to feel. 
  • Visualize your home.
  • Who are your relationships with.
    (Dream BIG, no limits)

Now write down everything that came to mind during this daydream exercise: 

Here’s mine:
I live in a home with a lot of plants and a warm comfortable feeling, my artwork is everywhere. I am well connected and spiritually in-tune. I have many friends, some who collect my art, others who come to me for conjure and divination, but all of them are talented and on paths that mirror my own. My kids are learning quickly and are busy and happy.  I’m in love, I am documenting our life through art, photo, and film. I have an equally creative partner who is able to fill in where I lack, and I for them. We travel often, learn daily, and love constantly.
